Dental schools want a requiremnt of two years of predental education in college. Dental school usually lasts for four years. Predental eduacation urges class to work in the biology, chemistry, physics, health, and mathematics areas. Classes begin with training and lab work in basic science, such as anatomy, microbiology, biochemistry, and physiology. In the last two years students treat patients under the supervision of a licenced dentist.
