What educational background does a Medical Lab Technician need?

Medical laboratory technician, you should have a solid foundation in high school sciences - biology, chemistry, math and computer science. They usually have either an associate's degree from a college or a certificate from a hospital, vocational or technical school, or from one of the U.S. Armed Forces. You will need a formal education and a clinical education in a medical laboratory technician (MLT) program for 2 years.If you continue your education and continue to learn the skills you can become a technologists.
