Complete the application, obtain all supporting documents, and send the entire application package to the school by December 14, 2012. Priority will be given to applications received by that date. Recommendation forms from English, math and language teachers and the principal or guidance counselor must be sent directly from them to Mount Alvernia High School by December 14, 2012.
